Wow…. it’s been a minute since I’ve written to you. As I begin to write this email, so many of your beautiful faces come flooding to my mind!
Because I’ve been blessed with a large newsletter list, I’m often not able to personally reply to all of your emails and so my awesome team members help me out. But in my heart, I feel like there might be someone who needs me to respond directly. If you think that may be you, please email back! And I’ll reply to as many as I can!

A few nights ago I had a crazy prophetic dream 
in which I was given a key!
in which I was given a key!So quick backstory… yesterday I was feeling weird! As I was sharing with a bestie of mine, I attributed it to actually some health related stuff I’ve been taking. (My brain and nervous system can be crazy sensitive to food, medications, supplements, etc.)
Anyhow, noticing something was a little off. I didn’t fully discern it was actually probably more in the spirit than in the natural. Until off I went to dream land….
A little side note, often I will experience something that I believe God is getting ready to free people from in a much larger scale than little ol’ me 😉 This has helped many of my clients during these times, and I hope it helps you too!
Okay, back to it….
In my dream I was under a feeling of a dark cloud. Super hopeless, overwhelmed, and stressed. All areas of my life felt unmanageable and void of hope. So much was happening everywhere I turned. And not only in my life personally, but I could tell I was being affected by a fear that was globally cast, especially survival fears.
Then in a moment everything changed when God told me the key to break free of the heaviness and discouragement I was experiencing.
Very simply He told me to step into encouragement. He told me it would take me stepping “in courage” to step into encouragement. (Most likely a little word play so I wouldn’t forget my dream! He knows me so well!)Anyhow the moment I did…. All hope returned! All the nonsense in the dream couldn’t affect me. I instantly had a clear mind and a totally new perspective on everything going on in my life within the dream.
I woke up today feeling amazing!! And proceeded to do a little scripture study on encouragement. As only God could orchestrate, many scriptures came up about courage as well!
Let God encourage you with His promises! And make sure you offer yourself the same exact encouragement you would a treasured friend.It was an instant atmosphere shift for me!!
Try it!! Keep pressing into encouragement (in courage), until you feel that heaviness break off!
Now there’s science based evidence to this as well!
Depending what part of the mind you are accessing, dictates how you’re perceiving your reality and circumstances and whether you can see the solutions and opportunities or you can only see hopelessness and despair.
Problem (or fear) oriented = more problems & negativities perceived
Solution (or love) oriented = more solutions & opportunities perceived
Y’all… fight back at everything that tells you to be discouraged, or lies to you and tells you to be in fear. Stand up and say NO!
